Adaptive Compute Orchestrator · Phase 1
Compute routing — shadow mode
SHADOW MODE / ADVISORY. SHADOW MODE / ADVISORY. This is a compute-routing recommendation, not a scientific result. No engine was executed, no GPU was provisioned, and no paid compute was spent to produce it.
The orchestrator decides, per molecule/target state, whether more computation is scientifically warranted, which engine to run next, and at what estimated cost — and records the full reasoning. In Phase 1 it never executes an engine, provisions a GPU, or spends paid compute.

- A decision is ADVISORY. Listing it here is not approval; a human reads the recorded reasoning and decides.
- A single real engine result is single-engine evidence, never a consensus.
- A STOP caused by an exhausted budget is a resource limit, not a scientific conclusion.
Expected information gain is a COMPUTE-ALLOCATION signal only. It estimates how much a run would reduce routing uncertainty about which computation to perform next. It is NOT a binding probability, affinity, potency, efficacy, selectivity, or biological confidence, and it is never converted into one.
